Graduating from Wolverhampton University with a degree in Ceramics, I continued creating and exhibiting figurative sculptures for over ten years.

I discovered needle felting in 2016, and using the same technique as my ceramic sculptures, wrap wool instead of clay around wire armatures and sculpting the fibre with a single barbed needle. I love the possibilities of blending wool for instant colour and adding fine details.

I enjoy exploring each animal’s behaviour and personality and try to capture movement and expression in each form, celebrating its beauty and importance in our world.
